That's the whole point of business!  You do whatever it takes to insure your client is happy with the transaction. But my responsibility isn't just the transaction. I'm your employee, and as such it's my job to know, and to anticipate difficulties before they occur. Although the transaction may be finished, I'm still your employee. I encourage all my clients to call if they have any questions or concerns after the sale. That means not just shortly after the sale, but at anytime in the future whether it's been 2 days or 2 years.
